“Ive only done a little mat Pilates and none with a reformer. Never had an interest - but two of my long term Pilates user friends who attend Swan, suggested I try Pilates and said Swan was the best place they had ever used. I went and loved it so much from the first minute. I signed up then and there for 2 x week private lessons. Why do I like it as a fitness modality? The equipment feels safe. The movement’s are interesting and creative I like how I feel stretching and doing core work. I always feel better when I walk out the door. The studio itself is just the right size, very clean and simply exquisite and not too far from my home. The instructors I have worked with are fun to work with, professional and caring. I find great value in learning these new exercises. I am a youthful active 70 year old hoping to be a young in spirit, active 100 year old.”

“We used Senior Home Care of Tucson to help care for my mother through a serious illness for the better part of a year and then again a few years later when it became apparent she needed extra help. I can't say enough good things about the company and the caregivers. The service from the office was extremely personal. Someone always answered the phone who knew who we were and were able to accommodate our varied requests and schedule changes and they took care of all the billing to the Long Term Care Insurer. I loved the on-line portal that allowed me to check the schedule anytime day or night and know which caregiver was scheduled and for what time. Every single caregiver we had, and there were many, were professional, caring, personable and willing to do whatever was needed. “I love this office. Naturally I was nervous about my procedure but once I was in the surgery room it all changed. I opted for general anesthesia to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Coles placed my IV quickly and painless. Aracely placed my nasal cannula and Lissa did my intake question. It all went so smooth and I was even given a blanket by Rosaura to keep my warm add comfort during my surgery. 10/10 recommended if you need your wisdom teeth removed. Thank you guys for being so caring and making this procedure painless.”

“I've been treated for a lower back problem and now the shoulder. I love coming here because I know the staff care about the clients and encourage us to always do better. The exercises I was given for the lower back are still working over a year later. A SHOUT OUT to Leslie, who is an excellent therapist. Shoulder surgery was exactly 3 months ago and I'm finally not feeling any pain. The stretch techniques Leslie and Angela use are a bit painful but have helped the recovery. I couldn't recommend anywhere else to get better care. I lucked out when I first called Proactive and told them what I needed, they directed me right to Leslie, even though she was at a different location. If you are in need of physical therapy, this is a good place to be. Very professional yet a cheery place to visit!”

“After reading the 2 other reviews I feel compelled to give my review. I am a patient of Dr. Brown. I have known the four main doctors in the practice (Julie, Teicher, Brown and Skolnick) professionally since 1985 and as a patient since 1998. I am a Respiratory Therapist and in my time worked at hospitals, large and small. All 4 of these doctors are excellent and usually a joy to work with. I say "usually" because these doctors will not tolerate sub-standard care of their patients. I owe my life to Dr. Brown, he listened to the physical issues I was having and believed me when other doctors acted as if I was being "hysterical and over dramatic" (actual words said to me by another "doctor"!). Dr. Brown has been an incredible advocate for me. Anyone who asks me to recommend a Cardiologist that I trust I send them to his group. It is unfortunate that the people leaving these reviews didn't get the chance to have Dr. Julie help them, I have always found Dr. Julie to be knowledgeable, open, and caring.”
