He made us feel comfortable right from the beginning (as we had a couple of apprehensive daughters) and we ALL thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was better than I ever hoped for. Our flight was perfect as well as our take off and landing. I didn't realize it was going to be so smooth! Our little reception/party after the flight was relaxing and fun.
