“My first hand experience with assisted living facilities was during the last few years of my mother’s life in L.A. During that time she lived in a large assisted living community (about 90 beds), to which I was a frequent and extended visitor. The entire staff knew me as well as a number of the residents. I saw a number of shortcomings and matters of concern in that community. The Gardens at San Carlos is a modern home away from home, with its many offerings. They include: plentiful natural lighting, great views, covered patio, a great room, 12:10 bath to bedroom ratio (try and beat that!), swimming pool, fruit trees, planned recreational activities, experienced staff and caregivers, and the promise of quality and compassionate care. This place also is centrally located in the community, making it convenient for families and friends to visit. Although The Gardens is a spanking new arrival to the assisted living community, I would not hesitate to consider placing a loved one here.”

“Dr Thompson is very caring and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. In August 2019, he was my surgeon to release a painful trigger finger on my dominant hand which left me unable to cut much more than a mushroom. He also surgically released the ulnar nerves on both elbows. My hand is fully functional again and my hands no longer fall asleep at night or when I am gripping something. And I CAN grip things, and pursue all activities. My husband liked him so much that he is planning to have him do his shoulder surgery. I have several friends who were very happy with his work as well. And his staff are all very warm, kind and professional.”

“This school is one of the best catholic high schools I have ever seen, they do not force religion on you what so ever, In fact they respect you if you have the guts to say that you don"t believe in Jesus. No matter what your opinion is the teachers will still treat you the same as everyone else. Every teacher in the school is willing to help your child no matter what it takes. If you are looking for a school that has actual personality and also actually cares for your child then I would suggest this school. P.S- If you're looking at Sal Point high school just remember that money talks, they don't care as much at Immaculate Heart does, the only thing that is better at Sal Point is a couple sports that Immaculate Heart does not have, but if you want the best education then Immaculate Heart is in my opinion the best high school to put your child into.”
