There were three of us in the class and we all got to prepare one of the dishes used in the final meal. The food we made was unique and allowed for some new techniques to be learned. Equally helpful was having Marti there to ask any questions. She was so helpful and friendly with even my most basic questions. I would definitely recommend if you are a snowbird looking for something to try while in Tucson, or anyone like me who wants to learn and watch a professional chef in the kitchen.”
