I have an older tractor and it was really a stupid issue but it was a new tractor to me and I was frustrated. He gave me advice and followed up to see if it worked when it didn't work. He came out after a long day on a Sunday late afternoon. Spent an hour with me. Gave me some education and some good conversation. I was honestly expecting a scheduled appointment 2:00 to 3 weeks out......
