“A surprisingly good vegan sandwich is available at Panera Bread, a kiosk, in Terminal C at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The bread is fresh and crusty and the sandwich is stuffed with equally fresh vegetables. The sandwich is served with potato chips or a fruit cup. The line is long to the order-taker. You may also ordered using computer tablets located in front of the counter. There are no tables or chairs. The meal is delivered in an airplane friendly shopping bag. The counter staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wheelchair accessable.”

“We stopped by on a Friday night for our first visit and took advantage of their BOGO ice cream deal. Service was friendly and fairly quick considering how busy they were. It was a bit hard to communicate well with the masks and partition -- I suspect that wouldn't be a problem under normal circumstances, though. The food area behind the counter seemed a little unkempt, which, again, may have been due to a busy Friday night. Normally that doesn't concern me much, but in these weird times of Covid, I'm a little more aware. That being said, I didn't feel like it was a place I shouldn't be eating at. The ice cream was good, but next time I think I will try one of their signature drinks or shakes. They definitely looked like the winner as I observed what other people were ordering. Overall, this was a fun place with a good vibe and a colorful menu. I appreciate that they had vegan options -- that can be hard to find at ice cream places. We'll definitely be back!”

I usually order through the mobile app but my fiancée wanted something specific that I couldn’t figure out how to order on the app so I went inside to order. Unfortunately my mask that I wear is pretty thick and I guess my order came out sounding different ?. Michael was so sweet to fix it for me though And get me the correct order. Oh! and he let me keep the first one that was a mistake! This Starbucks is my absolute favorite and I always come to this one because it’s right next to my house. Not employee's fault; it's the owners direction. The staff is super friendly. Could use a little more glaze but that's a personal preference. We go every Sunday after church.
