Throughout the selection process, Julie took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. She was also flexible with installation dates. During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. Their customer service is phenomenal and unmatched--I purchased a tile table from them last summer and reached out to them last week when a few of the tiles became discolored for unknown reasons. They offered to pick up the table, repair/replace the tiles, as well as reseal it. Within a few days, the table was returned home in perfect condition and at no extra cost! Really felt like there was a lot of pride compared to other Dollar trees.. especially the Dollar tree that got shut down in the tiny Town that I'm from. For some reason in town that is blowing up, the Dollar tree corporate came in and shut the door down, trained and hired all new people, and then less than 12 months later abandoned ship. The nice folks at this Dollar tree were very patient with testy customers and seem to go out of their way on more than one occasion during my 5-minute visit. Lot of pride at this store.”

I don't like when I'm walking around a giant warehouse to be told it's on such n such aisle and basically find it by yourself after that. 20 minutes later, I did find what I needed. I went out to the garden center to just look at plants. I don't get a lot of natural sun light at my place so I asked the guy if there were any plants that could live despite not having so much sun. He said "sure, just go to Michael's" I asked what for? He said "fake plants that are made out of silk" I just said thanks for your help and left. I'll definitely go back to Home Depot but that trip left me a little jaded.”
