“I went to OfficeMax after staples near my home was unable to help me with my print needs and your employees were very rude about it. I had called OfficeMax before heading down there in the woman in the print center was very polite and helpful. When I arrived she greeted me and walk me through the self-service print station. I wish I caught her name but she had really pretty long curly red hair. Thanks to her I was able to print my seven single page forms two copies each in a matter of minutes which Staples employee Jackie at the Tatum and Shea location rudely told me it was a lot of attachments and wasn’t sure if she was able to get it done today. Thanks to OfficeMax and they’re friendly staff in a matter of minutes I was out the door with my documents and very happy. I will take all my office needs to OfficeMax from now on. The employees are very friendly and happy and the store is able to take care of all your needs in a timely fashion! Thank you for the help to the lady at the print station.”

“Once I made a final decision to purchase a bed in a box online from Brooklyn Bedding, on a whim, I contacted the store to check how long delivery would take. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service treatment I recieved from Steve Poje, Store Manager. I am from NH and miscalculated the time difference at the time of my call. Mr Poje took my call before the store even opened answered all my questions and concerns about my order. He was proactive by handling my order verbally, ensured me he'd email me my receipt and send one by mail. We received our mattresses quickly and had the time this weekend to inflated them. They (we ordered a King & Full size medium (firmness) mattresses) are beautiful, very impressed with the quality and oh that cooling to the touch on the Aurora to die for. For the first time in a longtime I had the best night's sleep. My husband said it's like sleeping on a cloud.
