“I have been going to The Club Cave Creek since it was owned by Joy and called Finally Fit Forever. The new ownership has really made some great improvements and even more are on the horizon. The connection between the fitness instructors and their members is wonderful. It's like Cheers, when you go - everyone knows your name. Plus, I don't have to drive far to get my workout in! They just opened an amazing kids room. I wish mine were little again because they would love it. I had a massage from their new massage therapist and it was fantastic. The indoor garden center is small, but I've found some nice plants there also. A quick re-pot of the plant when I get home, and I've had no issues with the health of the plants long-term. The soil typically contains gnats that hatch shortly after repotting, but some little sticky traps in the soil helps combat this. Have always found the staff to be helpful whenever I needed assistance!”
