I’ve wanted to try out CrossFit for years but was too nervous since I’ve always struggled with my asthma and POTS affecting my stamina, and I also was completely out of shape from having three kiddos. I finally took the plunge here and I’m so glad I did. First of all the rates are incredible especially if you need childcare! Secondly, the owners and coaches are patient, encouraging, and really work with you to make sure you’re getting an awesome workout while maintaining proper form. I went into this with literally no experience and never was made to feel like I didn’t belong. This place is serious when they say they welcome all ability levels. I have never felt like I was being pressured to “keep up” with the more advanced gym-goers, the coaches allow you to make adjustments as needed so that the workout is tailored to your current ability.
