“I love this place my friend and I usually frequent this place for its quaint and quietness, also it has very little light in the sky reflecting so you can see all of the meteor showers and globular clusters to the naked eye in the sky. One thing it does lack is lighting for all spots of camping. Only some campsites have light.”

“My mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place. The lot rent is $500 per month. Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time. Overall a nice little place for 55+”

“My wife, son, and I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting relatives who were snowbirding in the 55+ park nextdoor. The sites are quite spacious and the grounds and facilities are clean and well kept. They have a large fenced off leash dog area, heated pool, hot tub, a nice clubhouse with board games, pool table, ping pong and small workout room. The only thing I would say this place is missing would be a playground. I work remotely using cellular data, the Verizon service was not enough for me to work from but the T-Mobile service was great, I was able to work with no issues including video conferences. My family and I will absolutely stay here again in future while visiting.”

“Not happy. Since new ownership, we've gotten empty promises. Hot tub broken forever. Probably almost a good year. Pool closed for stupid reasons. Besides these 2 items what else is there.!!?? Promised to reduce speed bumps, own trash bins on our personal lot, not happening yet. But to me its the hot tub issue. & to top it, our rents was raised. The young woman manager is awesome. It's not her fault.”

“Copa mobile home park is safe feeling and well kept. Neighbors seem to respect and watch out for each other. The manger is warm and pleasant and inviting which is a blessing. The back drop can not be better. You truly are minute's from hiking, biking,,horse back riding, tubing, camping. Right on the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains you can not beat the views and the opportunity for endless out door exploring when starts to cool for the winter in Phoenix metro area. Copa mobile park is right on the Apache Junction and Mesa boarder. Which I absolutely adore. You have gas stations, all fast food, Walmart etc right here jn minutes with out the nightmare of traffic in the valley. So whether you need a place to park a trailer or a mobile home or to visit a loved one. I would give Copa mobile park a A. Truly a blessing for my family and our journey. “The location is decent but in the middle of nowhere. The price was pretty decent and pet deposit. The grounds definitely needs a lot of work. It was overgrown and dark. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed except the fridge was not working correctly and didn't notice until my husband got food poisoning from his leftovers not being chilled properly. Staff was rude when asked where the breakfast was being served.”
