“This ranks in my top 3 best hotels I've enjoyed so far in the valley where budget is concerned. Easy enough to find with Google Maps with a good amount of parking, although not sure how this looks over the weekend. The hotel was clean, modern, and the front receptionist was very helpful. We were allowed to check into the room early as soon as we asked. First room had issues with the air conditioner but we were moved quickly to another room without hassle. The room itself was nice and slightly different to what you typically see. Designs are clearly geared for younger adults. There is no refrigerator or microwave which is likely intentional to get people to go buy drinks and food at the hotel bar or neighboring restraints, and also to get people to be more active. There is also no ironing board or iron so just FYI. Overall the bathroom is compact but nice, the bed is comfortable and they actually put the TV in a functional spot. The pool area is nice, balcony for most rooms which is also nice. Lastly please keep in mind the cheapest rooms are fairly small and don't have a balcony. They are good for a shower, bed and TV. Overall good place in my books.”

“I stayed here for like 2 weeks in room 228 and my stay was magnificent! I spent most of my time surfing the carpet looking for that rock I dropped. And the circle k being right there was so convenient for my gambling needs! I would like to give this place a four star review because the maids are honest I had a hidden camera in there and left a stack of money on the table just tempting that poor women to risk her job for that 20 bucks. But to my suprise not one dollar or one thing missing. So if you want good service neighbors that mind there business and have the convenience of a one stop shop stay here at inn town suites extended stay”

“The good outweighs the bad. Yes, it’s dated, but sometimes shiny and new is not the best. The Casita is big, adequate, I love it. I like being in back of the main building except parking my truck far away, especially with signing all the waivers saying La Posada is not responsible for damage or break in to vehicles. Put more cameras up or maybe I didn’t notice that many. The clerk was, shall I say, unique. A little argumentative regarding the security fee. I don’t mind a $50 hold “Everywhere else charges $100” I was told. My issue was the price was different than I reserved, a simple misunderstanding, take a chill pill. And yes, I adhere to all policies, I detest smoking and I do take offense when someone thinks I’ll smoke and break the rules. It must be allowed somewhere as I smelled smoke when I walked out of my room. I thought I’d enjoy my morning bagel/coffee next to the pool with the water fall-denied, big old chain around the gate. Seriously? We sign waivers, we are responsible and assume our own risks, don’t chain off the pool and ruin a peaceful morning, please. Overall the little touches were nice, thank you.”

If you are looking to take advantage of the North Scottsdale attractions- golf courses, restaurants, hiking, biking, retail- this is a perfect location. If you select this home for your stay in Scottsdale you won't be disappointed. Ray was fantastic to deal with, easy accessible and followed through on everything he said. “Very cute little place. Great alternative to a big chain hotel. Pools are a bit small. Staff was very accommodating. They lost a star due to cleanliness. We spilled something on the wood floor and used a towel to wipe it up. The towel came back very dirty. Floors clearly are not cleaned thoroughly. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot around the room. Best guess is the area rug in the room has never been cleaned either.”
