“I completely enjoyed my stay here at Bixby. It’s a classy, cute little place that someone obviously cares for. Staff were very accommodating. I arrived on a red eye flight around 3am and they were there to greet me. By surprise I needed to stay an extra night and they made some moves to keep me in my same room. Things are spotless and modern. Beds were comfortable. People mention the traffic noise. This is unfortunately true, but mostly for rooms on that side of the complex and I had no trouble passing out anyway.”

The same for Rebbeka who really took the time to go over a plan of treatment for my skin. Mary who works the front end is so knowledgeable about products And treatments. She always brings so much class to the whole experience. Dawns facials are amazing. Her facial massage was like dipping my face in heaven. She gave me this incredible facial in which my skin glowed for days. I really appreciate her sense for more natural and organic skin care options. I would send my friends and family here.”

“We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Salt Lake City and loved it. So we went out of our way to stay at a Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with a really friendly front desk lady that started upon our landing in AZ. I noticed a text from someone asking when we expected to check in. Since we landed at 10 a.m., I asked if we could check in as soon as possible. The reply was immediate: your room will be ready. How about that for service and friendliness? Room was great. Love the design of their rooms. Clean, everything that one should expect from a hotel room. Great breakfast, as usual. Nice pool, quiet with clean towels available poolside. I originally gave 4 stars but upon writing this review, I couldn't find anything "nitpickable" so I grudgingly added a fifth star. It is well deserved but the crotchety old man in me was holding it back. Well done, Hyatt Place.”

They were doing construction in the lot next door while we were there and I don't remember that being a problem at all, except for a swarm of bees that had started to form! They had it quickly taken care of. Way to be on top of it, looking out for the well being of your guests!”

“Great property. Front desk staff was friendly, albeit somewhat limited in efficiency as they seemed to be having some delays with their computer system. They handled this with grace and charm. The bartender was very professional, greeting every customer and even though during my week long stay I only went to the bar 2 times, he remembered by drink choice. The rooms are clean, spacious and seem to be recently renovated or just new. The mattress and sheets are very comfortable. The shade on the widow is more of a Roman style shade, which is great for those of you who cannot sleep if there is any light coming through. These provide total blackout conditions. There is a weird blinking light though on the fire alerting system which strobes throughout the night (nothing a hand towel thrown over it cannot handle). When I had housekeeping services, the cleaned the room well but were not as thorough in replacing coffee cups and bottled water. The location is well situated, and because it’s set back from the main roads, it is quiet and peaceful. I’ll certainly stay here on future trips to Tempe and recommend this location to colleagues.”
