“Let's start with property management. Patty, Russell both awesome. They get things done if you need maintenance, etc. I must say they are on top of things. So that to me is a big plus. The place is nice, has security gate which is open till 5 pm. After 5 you need a code. They offer a remote for $30 and I recommend it. It's clean, quiet and friendly. Pets ok and has dog area. Pool, nice and inviting. Has, jacuzzi as well within locked gate. My only complaint is not with them, it's with Luke air base. At times it can get loud and I've heard jets as late as 11pm and as early as 7am. It's not constant but being X military I seem to hear them more than wife. Ample parking and includes covered stalls for parking along with many guest spots as well. Thanks Patty and Russ.”

What really made me happy was last night our AC started making a terrible noise. When the complex opened today, I called and talked to Kristi about the AC. It was so bad, the apt wasn’t cooling off and it was hard to keep the AC on without it completely breaking. She sent over maintenance. Troy was at our unit within twenty min and worked for a VERY long time until it was fixed. He was super curteous and super kind. The quick service meant so much to me in this heat, especially with a kiddo and being pregnant! Thank you”
