When I walked in I could tell this company was all about quality. I viewed an array of there products not only on a table but all over their walls. I was even offered a water while I waited!!! McKenzie was quite friendly not only on the phone when I called but while I waited for my project to be done. Everyone was quite accommodating. We had a little snag in my print request, no ones fault, but we worked together and quickly came up with an alternative solution. When printing was finished and paid for, I walked out, got in my car and left with a smile on my face. I couldn't wait to call someone and tell them what a happy experience ABD had given me. She was new but that didn’t stop her from providing excellent customer service. I walked out with my computer because of her patience and kindness to get my computer. “I had a positive experience here, Robert was very kind when can we initiated my rental but he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough when I called to let him know that I had moved out, I had to call because the office door was locked and the last time I was there it was as well but there was signage posted about covid-19, this time it was just locked during office hours, it just seemed odd that he was annoyed that I called him when that was the only Avenue available to me. Apparently I won't get my prorated week back but whatever that's not the end of the world the point of moving out was to save money in the long run. The owners were kind the time that I met them. The only other thing I wished was different is that they had disclosed the insurance requirement on the website before I went there it worked out but I would have liked to know about it beforehand.”

“Dircks was a great choice for my cross country move. My estimator was prompt, the packing staff was great, and the movers were phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and they were accommodating of how I wanted my stuff packed and where I wanted unloaded when it was delivered. There was about a 2-week turnaround time for my stuff to get from one place to another, but I was moving during one of the busiest seasons and they were still within the quoted time. My moving coordinator Michelle was the best. She guided me through the process, answered my questions, and continually followed up to make sure that everything was going according to plan. Truly a great experience and I would use them again in the future.”
