“This place was better than I expected! Their continental breakfast was good. Their beds were comfy and all in all for a three night stay while going to a class was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re not looking for anything fancy but yet want to stay in a nice place this is a good place. The only thing is the train that goes by at three in the morning but there’s really nothing that they can do to stop that.”

The prices there aren't bad either. In fact, I would thunk they are quite cheap and affordable for all. Also, they did a bit of remodeling so the place has a more refreshing look inside. “This store which opened last month is well organized and almost well stocked. Their associates are very polite and friendly. The ladies' bags are categorized by colors and specific brand names, which are easy to find. They have a lot of brand-name bags, clothes, and shoes which are reasonable price and some are almost marked down. They have a very nice selection of jewelry and accessories, which one can't find at Ross. They don't have a lot of plus sizes for men and women, which I think they don't have enough space to put up more clothes racks. The regular sizes of clothes and shoes for men and women are almost well stocked. Kids' clothes and toys have a lot to choose from. I noticed that toys shelves aren't many, which may have been the reason why shelves looked so crowded and some shoppers would say it looks disorganized. There are more toys than shelves to display them. The Surprise TJ Maxx store is one of the smallest TJ Maxx stores I've been. It is understandable if there aren't a lot of plus-size clothes for men or women, and other stuff that you see in all other bigger TJ Maxx stores.”

“The croissant breakfast sandwich had a delicious aioli sauce and fluffy eggs held together by very crispy croissants halves, it was simply a chef's kiss 🤌🏼. They also had a sour apple filled croissant and a lovely churro cookie. This place was absolutely lovely from the start when we were greeted by two finely dressed gentlemen and went above and beyond with service. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.”

Whenever they aren’t open, I call them and they open just me on Christmas, New Years, literally any day! It is crazy how much these guys care about their customers. You are in the right hands here. “I have been renting with Arizona Haciendas for nearly 3 years, and it is the best experience in a rental we have ever had. From the first meeting when we looked at our house, Paul Pietrzak has been absolutely amazing. Shortly after we moved in there were a few things we needed fixed, all it took was an email and we then had the handy man contacting me to schedule a time to fix the issues. Every time we have had an issue with the house (a dripping tub, a cracked window, or ADA accommodations) they have responded quickly and professionally. A fantastic example of how wonderful Arizona Haciendas is: Recently, we discovered our garbage disposal was leaking, I emailed Paul just before midnight on a Tuesday, less than 24 hours later he had a plumber out to replace our garbage disposal. No questions asked, no questioning if we broke it, he made sure it was taken care of. He even told me the name of the company that would be contacting me, that way if I had any issues I could contact them as well. Another example: About a year after moving into the house, our front window cracked. I emailed Paul with pictures, and he very quickly had a glass company out to look at the window, measure and order a new one. As soon as the new window was done, they installed. There was very little work on my end, and a very quick response. I love working with Arizona Haciendas, and we will continue to work with them for years in the future. I never have to worry about anything going wrong with the house we are renting, because I know if it does, Paul and his team at Arizona Haciendas will take care of it.”
