“This a wonderful little motel/hotel. The room was clean and smelled fresh, including the small refrigerator/freezer & microwave. Beds were comfortable and clean, white sheets, blankets & all. Allen was awesome! He checked us in around 6:30pm & was cooking breakfast the next morning, possibly starting around 7am! Breakfast was delicious. Allen makes eggs (w/cheese if you want), waffles, pancakes, & sausage patties, to order. There are biscuits and gravy, bagels, bread/toast, assorted cereals, instant oatmeal & grits as well.”

“We chose this hotel based on the email I received from Choice Hotels which described the various steps the hotel took to ensure we were protected against the COVID virus. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left we had no complaints. Everything was as we expected, clean and efficient. Of course because of the virus, the continental breakfast was limited. The staff, as usual, were friendly, professional, and helpful. We always enjoy our stay at Quality Inn no matter where we are in the USA.”

“Great location, fun vibe and atmosphere to the lobby. They Stock different types of Memphis’ local beers In Their beer and wine cooler. You must try them all. Julie at the front desk was the best part about our stay she greeted us with the best smile and truly took time to get to know our family when checking in. When hanging out in the lobby and relaxing she was very attentive to all the guest who she encounter definitely a huge asset to their hotel. The beds are very comfortable rooms are spotless clean. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Hotel is a must stay when passing through or visiting downtown Memphis.”

“It's a 2 star hotel...so don't go there looking for resort-style accommodation. They do offer a bagged breakfast, good customer service, and a location that's close to convenience and liquor stores, casinos, and a family friendly Mexican restaurant. The WiFi is free, fast and reliable. My room also came with a TV with many channels and an air conditioner that ran just fine all night. For the price, I have no complaints.”
