“Great to have another option for neighborhood grocery shopping down by the water. Should be great for residents in the Jack London District and those in the waterfront communities nearby like Brooklyn Basin, Portobello, and Embarcadero Cove which a shortish walk away Everything at Rocky's is organic and they have a good selection of everything you need to make a meal or snack. Plenty of beers, wines, and beverages too. A meat counter, espresso bar, and fresh fruit and veg. Obviously with COVID-19 going and the store having just opened things are a little dialed back but hopefully with more people moving in next door, the adjacent open space opening up for visitors it should be a lot better soon. Only dinging them a star because yes, the prices can be kind of high but hey this isn't Costco and convenience costs. Staff are friendly and they are enforcing good COVID-19 preventative measures for everyone's safety.”

“Maura is an angel. I went to Sliding Scale Acupuncture when I was going through kratom withdrawals and actually having a physical / mental breakdown. Maura made space for me to be messy emotionally, which is really hard for me in general. I was asked many guided questions about what was going on for me and why I was seeking treatment. I got a lot of unwanted energy out during the accupuncture session and finally got some relief after several days of feeling like my body was truly broken. “Good apartment complex, secure and clean, most units have been remodeled. Most of the time it was quite and easy going, grocery stores, markets, gas stations close by as well as schools. the freeway is just blocks away. Right next to the San Mateo bridge and easy access to multiple ways into San Francisco and Oakland. Rent is decent for the area and 24 hour security is on duty, parking is strictly enforced so make Shure you or your guest have a parking permit.”

“Beautiful laundromat. The owners have done a really nice job and keep it sparkling clean. I love picking up my Amazon packages at the same time. When I don’t feel like doing my own laundry, I hire the wash and fold service. I like that they have the credit card option and an ATM. If you use your credit card, the 10th wash is free!!! Really convenient amenities.”

“I have been parking here for a few years now. Unfortunately today I returned to a dead battery due to my own stupidity. Not only that but it was pouring rain. The attended (I forgot his name unfortunately) was very helpful. He got his own car to try and jump it, helped me push my car so we could access my battery and stayed in the rain way longer than he needed to in an attempt to help. Sadly the battery was too dead. But that is not the point. It was a really kind thing to do. THANK YOU. The lot has always been safe and I've only not been able to get a spot one time in 4 years. If you download the "pay by phone" app you can save a few minutes and skip the machine lines. Thank you again!”
