“Family run business and they did a great job! I had a valve go out in my shower and I attempted to remove it myself and to no avail I broke it off stuck in the housing. I called Dollar Plumbing who could have easily told me they could not remove the broken valve, hence making the job much more expensive and time consuming. “What a great experience. I live in Charlotte, NC and have a rental in Santa Clara. One of the problems of owning so far away is that contractors can price gouge. I needed to replace our hot water heater and called the large franchise businesses. I was shocked that they were charging upwards of $5000 to replace my heater. I came across Leo with Garzac through some networks and he promptly went to my house to assess the situation. He gave me a quote that was about half of what the other company charged. Moreover I felt that Leo would take good care of me. He installed the hot water heater without my needing to be there. One of the other things the other company told me was that the shut-off valves to our toilets were not working. They wanted $800 to replace three valves. I asked Leo to look at them. He told me that my valves were in good condition and did not need replacing. Thank you Leo!”
