“It seems like the negative posts are people expecting this to be a doctor's office or an emergency room. It is neither. They take appointments (no walk ins) for same day or next day service. If you are having an emergency and need to be seen immediately without an appointment you should go to an emergency room. If you aren't sure, I recommend calling the free 24/7 Kaiser advice nurse. They can help you evaluate your symptoms and suggest an appropriate facility and even book the appointment for you if needed. See my attached image for a summary of the types of concerns this facility addresses. If you are seeking care at the appropriate type of facility you can expect good care and courteous staff. I think they could do a better job of helping patients match their concerns to the appropriate facility on the KP website, but I can't blame the people here for that.”

“We were on our way to a Mexican restaurant next door because tacos just seem to be our go to when eating out. The taco place was closed and this place looked good. I am SO glad we stopped. Definitely worth 5 stars, the owners were super sweet and the food was delicious! We got the dumplings, lamb shank and a chicken kabob. Would recommend them ALL. VERY tasty! They even gave us a complimentary dessert and bread because it was our first time trying Afghan food. Very much not necessary but greatly appreciated. We felt super welcome and would definitely go back :) Don’t miss out! Give it a try!”

“ello yelp readers, I've been to St.Gabriels books and gifts about 5 times for different reasons. Before going check the days they are open and the time as well, I recommend calling too. This is a family owned business and she is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable lady, she has Local roots in the Hayward community. St. Gabriels has all types of religious books and gifts that are very fairly priced, you will also find high quality items too. Parking is on the street and also the Downtown Bst. Has 2-3 parking garages, plenty of parking in a good location too. Downtown Hayward has changed take a look and shop Local retailers or take in a movie. I found her recommendations very helpful because I was buying first communion items and honestly don't know much about what to give as a gift. Not to worry she handled the shopping experience great.”

It took them a little while, since it had nothing to do with the roof, but they did send someone out to reattach the gutter. Just to show they do standby their work.
