“This review based on our experience getting an estimate. We had a great experience with National Flooring. When I first called to inquire about their services, I spoke with someone named Penny. She was very friendly and informative. She was able to provide in great detail their process with coming to take measurements, to us picking out flooring options, being able to take samples home, and availability. We were able to book an appointment for them to come to our home to take measurements so that we can be given an accurate estimate. We went to their location on Fairview in Brentwood to look at flooring samples prior to the appointment. I felt they had plenty of options to choose from and we were able to find several options we liked. We were able to check the samples to take home to see if we liked how they looked. Susan was the person that came to take measurements and provided us with a detailed estimate. She was very nice, informative, and took the samples back with her. We had a detailed estimate the very next day in our email that we felt was very reasonable. Unfortunately, we decided to not replace our flooring at this time due to change in circumstances but if the need arises, we will definitely go with National Flooring based on their excellent customer service and reasonable estimate.”

“What a great facility! Kids of all ages learning at all levels! My little granddaughter is in her first level of learning 'tumbling'. She absolutely loves it! I have sat and watched her class a couple of times and am impressed with the patience of the teachers. They seem like they are having as much fun as the students! AND, when we first arrive, there is a class of older students finishing up and I'm very impressed with what they are doing. There are many trophys in the facility. I highly recommend Black Diamond for beginners to experts! I think you will find what you need here!⭐”

The "Automatic Fenders" are the solution! Literally raise and lower the forward fenders from the app on your phone. AWESOME! “I requested an online quote to match my factory tint to my front two windows and was replied to within 30 minutes or so with a satisfactory quote and answers to any questions I had (including a quote for wrap). I was able to make an appointment via email for a Sunday. I’m not used to places being open on Sunday but that was a nice experience. Upon arrival it was a simple process of showing me the film, how dark I was looking for, and the cost after taxes. Left my car with them for a few hours before getting the call that it was ready to be picked up. The advancement of tinting has come a long way. With computer cut film there is little error to be had and the car windows look FANTASTIC. I may end up getting my entire car tinted in the future but for now I am an extremely satisfied customer.”

“Stephanie was my wax specialist and let me just start by saying I have never had better service. From the easy check in that I did with one text message to check in to the ease I felt on her table while getting waxed was just hands down amazing. She made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible from the start for my first Brazilian wax. I went in with a completely different mindset than when I actually was receiving my service. I thought it was going to be this horrible pain and it was actually the opposite ( no lie even for my first wax). You do feel a tug and some slight pain bc the hair is obviously thicker from shaving but it lasted no more than a few seconds. The cleanup and explanation of upkeep was very thorough. I walked out of her room a whole new woman. She has a very gentle hand and is very detailed, outgoing and friendly. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend her and this facility. Thank me later y’all.”
