“Great service! I was out for ride in Walnut Creek. We stopped in to Sports Basement for some accessories and got out on the trail. My bike chain kept jumping and I could not enjoy the ride. I thought the day was a loss. So we went back to Sports Basement to drop off the bike. Much to my surprise, one of the team members just put it up on the stand to see if they could get it tweaked in to shape real quick. The derailleur hanger was bent but more seriously, I had a frozen chain link. After swapping the chain out, I was back on the trail. They could have easily just let me drop if off for service but went the extra mile and saved my day. Just awesome. Thank you so much!”

“Honest Rodent Proofing did a very comprehensive job at my place. They sealed all openings both inside and outside the house and set traps. They cleaned out all the infected insulation in the attic. Covered and sealed my living room to protect the family. Within a few weeks we don't find any rats inside the house. While they installed a rat slab in the crawl space, they cleaned the molds underneath the house caused by water leak and installed sump pump to take care of both crawl space drainage and rodents issues. What I truly love about this branch however are the staff, it very much feels like a mom and pop store with familiar staff who always come across engaged, knowledgeable and helpful. I always choose this store over one of the larger stores even if its slightly more expensive because the staff are SO much nicer to interact with.”
