I met one of the Sales professionals Lucy a couple of years ago and had a great connection with her fast forward to a two weeks ago my wife and I pulled the trigger and purchased 3 full slabs, a half slab and tile to remodel our kitchen and butlers pantry. The job came out great but a huge thanks to that entire sales team and Minton who is either the manager or owner he was great as well and even personally drove to San Jose to pick up some of my materials. He didn’t have to do that, because of this experience we will also remodel our bathrooms and purchase all the materials from Modello tile and stone in Pacheco. “An interesting grocery chain that has a lot of brand choices I have not seen at major grocery chains for years. During the pandemic hoarding, they were always stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizers, etc., even during the rationing. They never price gouged but did impose quantity limits for a short while This location is across from the Concord COSTCO and located in a somewhat seedy strip mall. I think most people avoid it for that reason, but it is safe. People are starting to hoard paper products again, so be prepared. The COSTCO is now running out of all paper products again.”

“Highly recommend this location for cellphone repairs. Come to find out not a lot of repair stores fix Samsung cell phones, but luckily I was recommended to visit the store. The young ladies who assisted me were both very nice and professional. Seemed like they had a lot of experience working on cell phones. Overall I was very happy with the end result on my Samsung Galaxy S9 the price was more than fair I would have honestly paid more since many companies out there decline to work on my phone and could not risk of losing all of my important info stored in my phone. Finally!! After so many months my phone was repaired. Side note they not only repair phones, tablets and computers. They are a prepaid cell phone company by T-Mobile named Simple mobile who apparently sell unlocked cell phones and tablets. Oh and yes they are inside a supermarket store named las Montana's supermarket.”

Thanks for your service! Discovering that we had bedbugs was one of the worst experiences we have had in a long time. (I do recognize how lucky we are in other ways!) We were completely overwhelmed by having to prepare our entire apartment in a short amount of time while working full-time. The challenge, at the time, seemed insurmountable. HOWEVER, having constant and consistent access to the staff at this service was a HUGE benefit. They never got annoyed by our numerous and ongoing questions. They answered our calls and responded to our multiple emails AFTER HOURS. They were competent, patient, kind and supportive. I have never experienced this level of customer support and service. The exterminators were highly professional, communicative and efficient. As a customer, I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you!”

While they installed a rat slab in the crawl space, they cleaned the molds underneath the house caused by water leak and installed sump pump to take care of both crawl space drainage and rodents issues. “The only place in the east/north bay with decent fitting/looking FR beanies. Whole store is FR. Looks like a small store outside but has a great selection of hoodies, coveralls, overalls, button up shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, pants, balaclavas, skull caps & I'm sure there's more. The manager, Jackie, is a well informed, helpful, nice woman & made it simple to shop for exactly what I was trying to buy. Definitely coming back & would recommend you check it out.”
