“I decided to get the exterior of my home painted this summer. So I called around and found Onsite Painting and Decorating through a friend. And just like he promised Jonathan was more than helpful with helping us with our project. His crew was on time every morning to start the day and they were professional and courteous. They took the time to not only cover the bushes with tarps surrounding the house but also used painters plastic to cover our cars which were parked on the street while they sprayed the siding of our home. Over all the service and and attention to detail provided by Jonathan and his crew was excellent and my wife and I could not be happier with the results of the product. I will definitely use Onsite Painting and Decorating next time we need any painting done.”

“I have been seeing Dr Sack for 6 years now. I started seeing him for my mental health issues because I was seeing Dr before him that Dr Sack took over his practice. I really liked him a lot, he truly seemed to care about my well being and always made sure to call me right away if I was having a bad reaction or if I needed a medication refilled right away. He has always been there for me. I went through a Mental Health program at John Muir that he oversaw so I was able to go to him or any of the other amazingly wonderful clinicians there. Then 2 years later I ended up in Rehab for my drug addiction at John Muir which was tough at first because I was having way beyond extreme withdrawals but he and Dr. Von Stieff took care of me and made sure I was on non addictive medication. Although I still was going through bad withdrawals, it was at least a lil more tolerable. Plus the rehab program was amazing. Dr. Sack has been here for me every step of the way.”

“What is every woman afraid of when going to a car repair shop? That they will be taken advantage of, right? Let me tell you about my day. To make it brief, Big O looked at my car twice in 2 weeks for a recurring problem and discovered a possible issue covered by the car warranty. The dealership said the issue was the tires and I needed 4 new ones. But....but...if it was the tires, why wouldn't Big O try to sell me tires? After calling Big O again, Ivan wanted to look at the car one more time. I really felt like he cared if the car was safe. When dropping off the car I told him I would be buying 2 new tires today. We figured out the issue together (probably a unique situation they will never see again) and he said my tires were fine. By this time, Big O has looked at my car on 3 occasions, and at no point have they tried to sell me anything. I walked in, ready to buy 2 new tires.They listened to me. They believed me when the dealership didn't. And I walked out having saved $1700 because they deemed the tires within their lifespan. I don't think you can get better customer service than that!”
