“I am a picky, picky gal when it comes to my hair. Why? Because my mom was a stylist/colorist. I know what makes for a good hair person. I went to see Krystina about making my hair a grey/lavender kind of color. At my consult she looked at my hair in it's current state (with it's many years of color) and flat out told me what I wanted wasn't going to be easy, would take multiple sessions and would damage my hair. I appreciated that she wasn't just going to do what I requested just to get paid and was more concerned about how my hair would feel. Every time I have gone lighter with my hair (and bleach has been involved) when I come home and wash my hair it tangles and like straw (and I hate the texture of my hair for a solid month). After our consult I went in a couple weeks later for our appointment. I told her I wanted a bright red/blue/purple mix (Like I was still in the 90's and in college). She knew exactly what shades I meant when I gave her the names of the Manic Panic colors I used to use. And she got to work. Bleaching, painting each color on every strand to make a beautiful blend (and so it didn't look chunky or like I did it myself). And it took a long time. But I have a lot of hair. I went home and when I washed my hair, it was SOFT, like regular unbleached hair soft. It was magical. My color lasted for months!! I went back and we stripped some down to get some new blends of colors in and it's been 5 months since that appointment and my colors are still there. She is a color genius. And she cares strongly about not damaging my hair. I constantly get stopped and asked who does my color, and I gladly point them to Krystina. Now, excuse me while I go schedule an appointment to update my hair to some fun spring colors!”

“An interesting grocery chain that has a lot of brand choices I have not seen at major grocery chains for years. During the pandemic hoarding, they were always stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizers, etc., even during the rationing. They never price gouged but did impose quantity limits for a short while This location is across from the Concord COSTCO and located in a somewhat seedy strip mall. I think most people avoid it for that reason, but it is safe. People are starting to hoard paper products again, so be prepared. The COSTCO is now running out of all paper products again.”

“Revision (see previous better rating below) : Pacific Service Credit Union has some real customer service problems. The problems seem to be centered around their phone coverage and app/online log in services. The people (it took me over 45 minutes on hold to get a live person) are generally helpful (I finally ended up with a lady who said her company partners with the credit union but she refused to identify what company that was? She said they help out with heavy call volume??? When I call the credit union and give out my information, I would like for it to be with their staff only,,, The lady refused to identify herself and ended up slamming me back on hold and then 10 minutes later the line went dead,,,, over 1 hour wasted??? The app has locked out my wife and I more than a couple of times and I see a lot of reviews that have similar complaints as mine. (Previous Review) Pacific Service is the BEST credit union out there. Randy carefully took our information and came up with an amazing vehicle refinance and a debt consolidation loan that is saving us hundreds of $$$ each month. And now we have just one place to pay instead of sending our payments all over the place each month. Their rates are super low, but I really appreciated that Randy took the time to really look at our individual situation and planned out an imaginative approach for us to manage our incomes. You can compare my review of Patelco Credit Union to see how different our experiences were with these two lenders. “Highly recommend this location for cellphone repairs. Come to find out not a lot of repair stores fix Samsung cell phones, but luckily I was recommended to visit the store. The young ladies who assisted me were both very nice and professional. Seemed like they had a lot of experience working on cell phones. Overall I was very happy with the end result on my Samsung Galaxy S9 the price was more than fair I would have honestly paid more since many companies out there decline to work on my phone and could not risk of losing all of my important info stored in my phone. Finally!! After so many months my phone was repaired. Side note they not only repair phones, tablets and computers. They are a prepaid cell phone company by T-Mobile named Simple mobile who apparently sell unlocked cell phones and tablets. Oh and yes they are inside a supermarket store named las Montana's supermarket.”
