I told them to hold off on the belt because I had it changed last year when I had water pump done. I found out when I picked up the car that they replaced the belt (because they thought it was best) and gave me the old bet. I'm so happy to have found someone I can trust and have my best interest. We were completely overwhelmed by having to prepare our entire apartment in a short amount of time while working full-time. The challenge, at the time, seemed insurmountable. HOWEVER, having constant and consistent access to the staff at this service was a HUGE benefit. They never got annoyed by our numerous and ongoing questions. They answered our calls and responded to our multiple emails AFTER HOURS. They were competent, patient, kind and supportive. I have never experienced this level of customer support and service. “Honest Rodent Proofing did a very comprehensive job at my place. They sealed all openings both inside and outside the house and set traps. They cleaned out all the infected insulation in the attic. Covered and sealed my living room to protect the family. Within a few weeks we don't find any rats inside the house. While they installed a rat slab in the crawl space, they cleaned the molds underneath the house caused by water leak and installed sump pump to take care of both crawl space drainage and rodents issues.
