Didn't like that a customer didn't get an order of fries so he ask for sauce and said he would have to pay for it I mean you could have given the sauce since you didn't have enough fries for his order I just thought it was a little petty if you ask me what's a few sauces to insure a customer returns. Customer service definitely needs work at most of the eatery's today. Lots of places just don't care about the service. I much rather go to a place with great service and good food than great food and below average service. Excellent service always makes up for eating not so great food in my book.”

“The doctors/staff at this place really helped us at a time when we were desperate for answers. Our dog, Brock, was having a medical problem and we were needing help, answers, and directions. We were at an impass and getting conflicting information from another vet location. Advanced Veterinary Medical Center had the tools to help give us a better answer and quicker. I called, the person on the other line was patient with me as I was sobbing at time. They thankfully had an opening and got us in right away. Everyone we encountered had such a sweet soul and were very compassionate to him and to the humans. Today we got a card in the mail. When we put Brock down, I forgot to take a picture of his paw, but they made a print of his feet accompanied with the kindest card. It was the absolutely sweetest thing and put us all into tears. I'm very thankful to find this group during a devastating situation. Their compassion made a nightmare of a situation feel not as lonely as it had felt. They worked together and with us to help us figure out what was best for Brock. I'm very thankful for them. I look forward to seeing them with my other animals.”

“My Honda CRV car spoiler was broken as I hit my garage door accidentally while taking out my car from garage. I went to Andy’s repair store which was closest from my address. Andy looked at it and advice to buy parts from Honda dealer needed to fix it and asked me to charge $40. It was the cheapest deal I got compare to other body shops. He saved at least $200 from Honda dealer or other body shop like Casey’s body shop or Mike’s body shop in Brentwood. He is very experienced, very calm and cool guy and know the job very well. I will strongly recommend for any type of car repair to Andy.”

“I love coming here! They’re the only ones I trust with my eyebrows because they’re consistent with the shape/form and never take too much off. Ritu is amazing and I always go to her for my eyebrows. The place is clean and each seat is sanitize after each person. It looks like they’re almost done remodeling the place and it looks really good! “First off, I am not an affiliate or friend of Star City Motors. I am just like any other car buyer that searched far and wide for cars at officially licensed dealers, third party dealers, and private sellers. I'm the kind of guy that likes to check and research everything. A quick Google search won't pull up much about Star City Motors or Chris aside from some presence on Dodge Viper enthusiast forums and some reviews like the ones on Yelp. So I want to share my experience from the perspective of a buyer who was cautious. I saw some pictures for a Porsche Cayman 2014 that was in beautiful condition and had everything included such as the original sticker price with options, manuals, and keys. Everything was in like new condition and the price was just what I was happy with. I was originally looking at other Porsches in the Walnut Creek area, but since Star City Motors is close enough, I decided to call Chris to schedule a test drive. He got back to me within the same day and I ended up driving from San Jose to Walnut Creek/Concord the next day (a Sunday) to test drive all the cars I was considering in the Walnut Creek/Concord area. From the first moment we met, to the test drive, the Carfax documents, to any questions I had about the buying process, Chris was attentive and made the buying process easy. The car was already in beautiful condition when I saw it. I felt bad about driving the car since it was so new, so we agreed on a price that we were both happy with before I test drove the car. Unlike other dealers which told me to try and not put as many miles on the Porsche, Chris let me take the car out on highways and streets for an extended amount of time without any issues. After the test drive, I decided to purchase the Porsche Cayman from Star City Motors instead of test driving the other cars. I asked for a day to decide on the car. In the meanwhile, he had other prospective buyers look into the car as well but kept the car until I made my decision the next day. I was very wary because of reputations of car salesmen in the industry, however, looking back, I had nothing to fear with Chris. He made this process as easy as possible. He proposed different payment plans if one financial institution didn't work out or if rates were higher. He even handled all the paperwork at the DMV for me (i.e. temp registration, transfer, registration, etc.). Throughout all of this process, I messaged Chris constantly about any questions I had. I'm willing to bet that no other client in his history has messaged him more than me, but despite all of that, Chris always got back to me and tried to cater to every request I had. Again, looking back, I had nothing to fear and Chris took care of everything. All I had to do was just make the down payment, sign the paperwork, and take the car to drive off into the sunset while he handled everything else. All of these other reviews on Yelp saying how easy the process is, how much Chris bends over backwards to get the car into the buyer's hands, how quickly he replies, and more...they are all true. I'd recommend Chris to any prospective buyer. He's honest, never pushed any unnecessary extended warranty options onto me, and gave me different suggestions based on my payment plans and needs. I'll also put this out there, I've had some dealers not take me seriously because I drove an old car. However, he never looked down on me for that and trusted me the entire way. In fact, I'm sure he trusted me more than I trust him. Again, in hindsight, I had nothing to worry about and Chris did a fantastic job making me feel more comfortable about the whole process. If anyone is considering one of the cars on Star City Motors and is forward thinking enough to check reviews like I did, I hope this review will help them consider giving Star City Motors a chance. I don't think any car buying experience could've been simpler. Note: I am posting this review from Yelp in case people begin to use Google Reviews more.”

“I requested an online quote to match my factory tint to my front two windows and was replied to within 30 minutes or so with a satisfactory quote and answers to any questions I had (including a quote for wrap). I was able to make an appointment via email for a Sunday. I’m not used to places being open on Sunday but that was a nice experience. Upon arrival it was a simple process of showing me the film, how dark I was looking for, and the cost after taxes. Left my car with them for a few hours before getting the call that it was ready to be picked up. The advancement of tinting has come a long way. With computer cut film there is little error to be had and the car windows look FANTASTIC. I may end up getting my entire car tinted in the future but for now I am an extremely satisfied customer.”
