“The employees there are so helpful. I've been into a B&BW store before where the employees never made an effort to be helpful. However, as soon as I stepped inside of this one there was an employee offering help, letting me know that I can take a bag to carry as I shop. Then as I browsed through the store another employee asked if I needed help, if I was finding everything okay, etc. I told her I was shopping for something my mom would like and she gave me suggestions. The store was clean and organized. The employees walked around making sure that things stayed organized as well. And of course, the products are usually always great!”
