Pretty solid gym. There needs to be rules against 5 high schoolers taking up one bench for an hour. It can be frustrating when you’re trying to get a set in and all they want to do is chat with each other and not workout while hogging a bench.

Visiting from out of town and joined my sister in law in a sculpt class. Brought my son to the daycare. Everyone treated us great! The gym is clean. The equipment is new. The daycare is awesome and the staff was fantastic.

Coming from running gyms for nearly a decade, I appreciate it when things are done right and the gym is run well. Thank you Jeremy for your help. You truly understand the value of great customer service and building a community within your gym.

I LOVE this gym! I did a lot of research because I wanted a gym that would be good for me and my two toddlers. My kids love going to the child care; the staff is friendly and they know my girls by name. Bruce at the front desk always welcomes me, Jeremy is super nice and has been super helpful to my family. The class schedule works great for me because I like to go mid-morning. This gym is a GREAT fit for my family. Affordable, kid-friendly, convenient.
