“Talk about 5-star service! I blew a tire on my Yukon at 5 pm on a Saturday evening at the top of the Grapevine with three large dogs and my sister in law that just landed in from Morocco. We already had an extremely long day. I immediately called AAA then started searching for a open tire shop. I ended up canceling AAA. Alfredo showed up within 20 minutes of sending him my location with a new tire! We didn't have to get out of the car, didn't have to move the dog's in and out on a dangerous freeway, no tow truck And a great price for the service. I can't thank him enough for getting me on my way to see my grandmother!”

“Visitation date: mid August. Great customer service, they were able to help diagnose and give my husband and I proper information regarding the status of our car trouble. Thank you Roy who helped us check in with our 8am appointment and kept in contact with us throughout the day of the on goings with our car. Roy was severely understaffed that morning as 4-5 more customers poured in right when we showed up, but he handled everyone with great customer service in a timely manner and acknowledged as they came in and waited. When it came time to picking up our car, the owner Don himself took wonderful care of us in explaining the car situation with tact and expertise. These folks are trained professionals and did not try to upsell or misinform us. I really appreciated that as I'm very weary of those situations when mechanics just want to add more services to your bill when it wasn't the initial idea. I highly recommend if you're from out of town and aren't sure where to look in Tehachapi. Also don't forget to call ahead and make the appointment. Luckily we called on a Thurs mid afternoon and were able to schedule it the very next day Fri at 8am. Hands down, 5 star service.”

“We recently moved to California and our new home in Tehachapi. Before week 1 was complete we'd been robbed, fought a massive ant invasion in our kitchen and my "check engine" light came on!!! Needless to say I was unhappy and honestly regretting the move. Then after some research we chose to take my car to The Garage. Best decision ever!! Everyone we spoke to from introduction, to diagnose, to repair were wonderful ???? When I brought my car in I was informed it would be an all day wait. It was obvious to the owner this was an unwelcome surprise. Instead of ignoring me and sending me to the coffee area, she asked questions. She and the front person, Terri listened with shock and sympathy to my story and then equally shocked me by arranging a ride home!!! Terri volunteered to drive me home and take my car back to the shop. It was an all day repair, but I was kept informed and once again surprised when they said Terri would pick me up and bring me back. Honestly at this point I didn't care how much it cost to repair my car, but again I was pleasantly surprised. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you again. I will never forget what you did for me that day. These 2 women and the staff restored my faith in humanity and the kindness of strangers. I will not take my car anywhere else. I highly reccomend you do the same. I give The Garage not 5 stars, but hundreds ❤????”
