It is a great place to purchase, clean, and repair jewelry-- accommodating, friendly people, great products, and great service. I've made several diamond purchases here over many years and we've used their other services, e.g. cleaning, appraisal, as well. We've never been disappointed. “It is a nice spot selling Acai bowls. It was in this location, that I have tried an Acai bowl for the first time. It was really delicious. However, the prices were on the expensive side. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed my meal. The place, during my visit was clean. The staff, on that shift, were helpful and attentive. The line was non-existent. Of course, I came during day time, on a weekday, at the end of July, 2022. So, I do not know, how it is on weekends or Fridays. At the same time, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the bowl. Definitely, I would recommend anyone, who visits downtown area of Claremont, to stop by this small dessert shop!”

“It is a nice bakery and sandwich store! Their pastries are quite delicious! I have been here, several times, and I was never disappointed. They also sell my favorite drink from childhood, Orangina! One drawback, not enough space to sit down and enjoy pastries or sandwiches. Also, the prices for those pastries do add up. So, I would only recommend to visit this establishment, when discretionary funds are available. Of course, I do not regret spending cash in this establishment. Since, those pastries were delicious!”

“Delicious tasting pizza and the cheesy fries!!!! Definitely worth the stop! A selection of ipa's ales and if I recall correctly a couple pilsners. Seating was plenty and comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable, we definitely felt welcomed. I highly recommend this place... only thing I missed was some wings... but aside from that I cannot complain. Overall really good lighting and atmosphere and food selection. ☆☆☆☆☆”

Best way would be to order ahead of time, thru the App. I like the inside, as it's a good place to do some reading and/or do some work. “The short: High end kitchen wares with a dash of vintage and sprinkle of good customer service. Tasty! The long: Kitchen shop is great description of this store. It is kitchen stuff minus the appliances. It's the pretty and cute things that make my wife happy. It is also the useful gadgets that make me more productive in kitchen. I do our daily cooking and I handle it like a short order cook. Cranking out food for my family is my happy place. The customer service is amazing, they are genuinely nice people who love what they do. Recently I attended the holiday appreciation celebration (one of the many reasons to sign the email list). It was a lot of fun. They even hid gift coupons around the store! The verdict: I have listed many reasons to visit this shop. But, if you and your spouse dont cook or you dont have a kitchen or maybe you hate cute things. Then this isn't for you. However, I can guarantee that there are other people in your life that would enjoy a gift from here. Or maybe they live under the same bridge you do.”

“The Folk Music Center is a classic Claremont institution that was started by the Chase family and continued by their children and grandchildren. The most famous grandchild is the Grammy winning musician Ben Harper. However his mother and his brother are artists in their own right. If you watch my video in photos, it shows a long line of people standing in 95° weather to have their shot at open mic night on the little stage under scores of world instruments that are carefully displayed like a museum.”

“On Friday the 13th I went into DeeLux to sell some items. It was the best experience I've had there. First the store was very clean and organized. The employee that bought my items greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She also greeted everyone as they came in, which I thought was great. No one did that before. The gentleman at the register was just as good. Pleasant to talk too, polite and had good eye contact. Both of them went the extra mile. The store had different new items and it wasn't so cluttered up around the front door. Big improvement! It really was a great visit.”
