“They don't care like they should. My dog was suffering from a bump that itched so bad she made it bleed. I think it was infected so I put the only thing I thought would help... Neosporin!!!...and a bandaid. Well I'm not a vet but my dog is healing because of me not the vet. Let's just say your 10 month old child was sick and you were refused medical attention.....this dog is like a child to me. I'd want the doctor to let me know if it's an emergency or not. That's just me. They don't care.”
