“I was told on the phone there was a service call charge, which I was more than willing to pay. However, just as some other customers noted, he said that I don't pay until it is fixed and I am happy with it. Technician was on time, friendly and professional, and he diagnosed the problem very quickly, and then told me that another customer had ordered the part I needed but never picked it up, so he went and came back in 20 minutes and had the electronics in my washer/dryer fixed in a little over an hour from when he first knocked on the door until he finished putting appliance back. I made sure to get his card, which is a helpful sticker with their phone number on it, which I immediately placed onto the washer/dryer. Will not think of calling anybody else when the next appliance needs attention!”
