Then comfort level Shannon and her instructors have with the material is impressive; I have been a client now for over five years. I love the array of classes, from classical method to stretch therapy, and I love the individual attention each client receives in order to have the best form. I have taken classes with men and women from all age groups, and from pretty much every instructor there. Shannon, Kari, and Cara and my regular instructors and they are all top notch. If you are interested in Pilates, this is definitely the place to go.”

“You are crazy if you don't use these guys!!! They were thorough, knowledgeable and fast. I called the place my insurance company suggested. They were going to charge me twice what I paid to Auto Fast and they were going to make me wait a week. Auto glass got me a "used" window, came to my house and replaced my window in less than 3 hours. Plus they were great to deal with!!! I wish I could give them 6 stars.”
