“I am writing this because I am beyond grateful for Dr. Lum and his staff. I, for the last 14 or so years, had a Dr. that I could never see. As a matter of fact, in the time that I was a patient of his, I could count on one hand the times I actually saw MY DOCTOR. I had associates of his, but mostly Dr. assistants. When I did see MY doctor he came in acting VERY rushed and had his hand on the doorknob to exit within a minute or two. Last week, my daughter and I both switched to Dr. Lum after listening to my co-workers experience with him. I went with my daughter to her 1st appt. I have to say, we both were amazed. He spent about 1/2 hour with her asking questions and checking her. We never felt rushed or that he wasnt listening. She just had her 2nd appt. today and she said, he again, listened and took his time with her. Thank you Dr. Lum, you are SO appreciated.”
