It is hard to find a pilates studio that doesn't feel like a gym group class you are overpaying for. Trust me, I have been to many studios over the years and Five Starr is the heart of Long Beach. The instructors all have different styles but are always willing to help, modify for injuries, articulate movements, and are keen on their kinesthetics! After my car accident impacted me financially as well as physically, they worked with me and that means the world to me.

Starr has awesome set up for outdoor cycling classes. Temperature checked before class and must wear your mask when walking around. Every class with Dara has great energy. Love this place!!!

Small classes, bright and clean facility with plenty of parking. Teachers that work with your experience level and are sensitive to and patient with any injuries or physical limitations. Great for beginners and experienced individuals!
