  I have been training with Coach Brennan of Gutwrench Fitness for over ten years. He has helped me loose over eighty pounds and keep it off. He is a fantastic motivator and his personal training sessions are challenging but fun. If you are looking for a gym in Long Beach I highly recommend you give Gutwrench Fitness a try.

  Joining Gut Wrench Fitness really helped change my life for the better. In the past year my health has improved vastly and I'm so much stronger than I ever thought possible. Coach Brennan and his wife Melanie have created a gym that offers top notch coaching, valuable nutritional education, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

  Thanks to Gut Wrench Fitness coaches and family, I am well on my way down my fitness journey. In 4 months I have lost 10 pounds, gotten stronger, increased my endurance and made wonderful friends! With great support and a knowledgeable coach I eat better, know how to modify exercise and practice a more holistic approach to fitness—meditation, stretching, good sleep habits and I feel great!

  I started going to Gut Wrench this past July and have been going strong for 3+ months now. The coaches are knowledgeable and they care...AND they practice what they preach. This was s good find. You should try it!
