“I watch the NFL playoffs at the Irish Pub and ate some awesome chili cheese tots for only 8 bucks... hello!! They have lots of TVs & they play it Loud plus I get to sit by the fireplace????!! The manager Marcy on the other hand is very rude and has no clue about customer service. Someone really needs to teach her about empathy. Really don't understand how she is a manager. “The tech was polite, timely and went out of his way to finish the repair on the same day- even though he did not have all the parts to do so. So he called an Uber to deliver the part within an hour. He went to other calls he had to still do after mine while the part arrived. He worked overtime to come back and install the part once it arrived. That is what I call customer service. Sears warranty agreement is worth the money. Appliances are not built to let anymore and it’s sooner than later that you will need them repaired. “Well this Sears store compared to all the ones in Orange county has the most stock that I have seen in a Sears store in a long time. I don't know if it's just for Christmas but they really have a good stock of pretty much anything in any department. I walked all the departments in every department is full with stock. “LA is my favorite store. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. Their produce, dairy, meat, fish and prepared items are always fresh and locally sourced, whenever possible. Great deli & juice bar! Some items are a bit pricy, but the quality makes up for it. The best staff member is Funnel in the flowers & fresh plants. He's helpful and kind and will give you a flower whenever you say hello to him. The flowers must be trimmed anyway to sustain their beauty otherwise they are turned into mulch. What a great way to make a person smile. Thank you Funnel.”

“I had Dr. Kim replace a crown that was about seven years old, never a great fit. The whole experience was great, even my temporary crown was amazing compared to the one being replaced. I have to admit I was a little nervous thinking it could not better with the permanent crown. I was blown away, it was an even better fit and bite. Highly recommend Dr Kim and his staff!”

“I did the root canal and crown installation in Dr. Kim clinic. Even though the whole process takes a bit longer, his dental crew is very professional and every staff take care our feeling.
