“These people down here in the Long Beach yard are great! We had a terrible experience with HAWAIIAN SHIPPERS(MARK) who gave us wrong information. We ended up stuck in a hotel for 2 days, and would have had to wait til next week to get our truck. *But Matson was so helpful and got our truck off ASAP as the barge came in last night. Normally vehicles aren't made available til the following Monday. I get to leave with truck Thursday at noon now! Super happy that they pulled through for us ,especially considering it wasn't even Matson's mistake to correct! THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! YOU HELPED US OUT TREMENDOUSLY! And word to the wise, STAY AWAY FROM HAWAIIAN SHIPPERS! go straight through Matson to ship vehicles. Avoid the runaround! ????????????????”
