  Chris McMacken and the team at Secure Data Recovery Services are a fantastic option to help save precious data. They successfully retrieved a ton of important data off a damaged hard drive for me. Chris was extremely communicative with accurate and timely information - exactly what I needed!!! Great service and a great company!!

  Secure Data Recovery, and my rep Mitchell, completely saved the day for me. Earlier in the year, I had an incident that no one wants to experience, in a nearly total data loss of a hard drive. Having always been a person who has TONS of data (including my Master's thesis and lots of research), I always tried to keep things redundantly backed up. As my computer hard drive ran out of space, I temporarily had the bulk of my data backed up in one place (big mistake), while I was saving up to buy a second drive. A nightmare struck when I slightly bumped my Seagate external drive, which fell over, completely destroying its contents (even though there was no warning of this risk on the drive itself or the instructions). I googled the highest-rated data recovery site, and it was Secure Data Recovery by a landslide. They diagnosed the damage as severe, which was devastating. My Representative, Mitchell, was absolutely wonderful throughout this process. He was so kind, patient, and understanding, and was always readily available. Mitchell and the company were also really easy to work with in terms of financing and payment options, and were nothing but compassionate and professional. Although I wish their services were never needed for folks, accidents happen, and when they do, I am so glad that Secure Data (and their wonderful staff) were there. Thanks to them, I recovered all but .16% of my files, which absolutely was a life saver. They also helped me get the proper equipment to make sure that this type of loss will not happen again. Thanks a million, Mitchell and Secure Data - I could never thank you enough!

  After researching a few different recovery options, i am VERY please that i went with Secure Data Recovery Services. I knew the recovery job for my hard drive was going to cost a lot, however the footage i needed was very sentimental and irreplaceable. Brett Olsen was especially helpful with explaining the different options available to me in order to complete the job. He was fair and accommodating to help provide me with a discount under my specific circumstances. I cant thank Brett, and SDRS enough for recovering my hard drive, fingers crossed i wont have to go through it again, but if i do i would absolutely go with them again. THANK YOU!

  I was really in a bind when my hard drive crashed with no warning. Went to Best Buy who said “sorry no data.” Did a google search and located Secure Data Recovery. I sent an email to Chris and he promptly responded. Chris explained the process and gave ma a diagnostic quote. I sent in the hard drive and they were able to diagnose the read/write drive heads were damaged and not functioning. They said that they would need to dissect the hard drive, mirror the drives and then transfer the data to a new hard drive. Chris kept me informed Ali g the way and I was able to watch the process online via a secure website. They were able to mirror the drives and retrieve most of not all the data, with no corruption. The 10+ years of photos of my kids, and trips were recovered. Yes as others stated it was pricey but can you really put a price in memories. Chris was professional and helpful through the whole process.

  Contacted Secure Data Recovery after suffering a complete hard drive failure and all attempts to recover the data myself had failed. Brett Olsen was super helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions on the phone and was quick to respond when I had additional questions (via email) throughout the process. Secure Data Recovery was able to recover all but a double handful of files for me... I could NOT be happier with the service or the outcome. For me, the price was completely reasonable and, if this happened to me again, I would not hesitate to use Secure Data Recovery again.
