Pür Joy Yoga

In March 2021, I woke up with the worst back-pain and felt like I have lost connection to my body. I approached Armen and asked him to help me. We started having regular meetings once a week and since then we have continued rebuilding and restoring my body. Armen has magical, healing powers. He always takes his time to observe my movements and my mood and builds our sessions accordingly. I am grateful to him for being such a good friend, professional and true healer. ✨

Armen is a true gem! I had a wonderful experience working with him one on one for over 10 sessions. He is very warm and welcoming, I felt very safe as he guided me thought our sessions. He is very knowledgeable in his art of the subtle body and helping you release what no longer serves you. With his "micro" yet powerful movements I left feeling lighter and better with each session.

I’ve known Armen since he used to teach group classes at LA yoga studios back in the days. His new space caters especially to one-on-one yoga therapy which I’ve benefited from immensely for my low back pain. The small group meditations and workshops is what I appreciate most. He creatively curates sessions where he brings people together and the sense of community is so solid and authentic here. Highly recommend anything he hosts at the space. I come out feeling so light and relaxed every single time.

Armen is a uniquely skilled and warm teacher, listener, and guide, and his classes always leave me with more ease and compassion in my body. His gentle and supportive manner is reflected in the space as well, with playful color schemes and artfully curated props and accessories.

I first went to this space as part of a soft opening meditation session on a Saturday morning and it was so great to be amongst community.

I had initially taken an online meditation series with Armen in February and it was a powerful experience to dedicate two mornings a week for four weeks on heightening sensory awareness and concentration. It's evident that his years of facilitating and somatic work shines in his virtual teachings and in real life.

Having done four sessions of somatic work and his meditation sessions I highly recommend his healing work that is grounded in his solid knowledge of science and anatomy. He is an embodied practitioner and teacher and I look forward to more in person sessions.
