I had initially taken an online meditation series with Armen in February and it was a powerful experience to dedicate two mornings a week for four weeks on heightening sensory awareness and concentration. It's evident that his years of facilitating and somatic work shines in his virtual teachings and in real life. Having done four sessions of somatic work and his meditation sessions I highly recommend his healing work that is grounded in his solid knowledge of science and anatomy.
