“I first went to this space as part of a soft opening meditation session on a Saturday morning and it was so great to be amongst community. I had initially taken an online meditation series with Armen in February and it was a powerful experience to dedicate two mornings a week for four weeks on heightening sensory awareness and concentration. It's evident that his years of facilitating and somatic work shines in his virtual teachings and in real life. Having done four sessions of somatic work and his meditation sessions I highly recommend his healing work that is grounded in his solid knowledge of science and anatomy. He is an embodied practitioner and teacher and I look forward to more in person sessions.”

“You know despite living in a very hipster neighborhood, this spot is very low key and carries all the basic goods you would need for your pets. It’s not as upscale or as pricey as Urban Pet or Healthy Spot. And I find all the good brands of food I need for my dog. It’s in a great location so you can pick up some Chinese, some wine, or head over to Alcove (just don’t park there or you’ll get towed). Across the way you’ll find Hot Chicko’s, Daily Donut and Pho VT. Celebrity Cleaners on the other side of the bank. All great spots. It’s a prime location to get pretty much everything you need.”
