“I had replaced the battery for my Cartier watch at Fast-fix in the Westside Pavillion mall. Not only that those people overcharged me but my watch did not work. When I asked for a refund, they told me the watch was broken and wouldn't give me a refund on the battery. At the advice of a girlfriend, I took my watch to Eastern Watch Co. They figured out that the wrong battery was put in and that the watch was not properly cleaned. They were very nice, honest and helpful. Their prices were incredible! I even got another watch adjusted and battery replaced for a third watch. I'm so happy to have taken my girlfriend's suggestion and come in to see these lovely people! Service was great and fast! I will be coming back here from now on!”
