“So I live out on the east coast and had been looking for a shop that sells parts for my 2013 bonnie. Looked on gasser and saw the products that I wanted. Ordered my exhaust waited the recommended time it said it was gonna come on. Well, it went past the date arrival so I tried to get into contact with them for 2 days, nothing. Honestly I was getting agitated. So I sent a cancellation email to them. Then I got some kinda response confirming the cancellation. So now that I got an actual person (CFO) to communicate with I decided to vent how I felt when all I wanted was just a simple answer on the process. THIS is where things changed for the best. The CFO first apologized sincerely. It wasn't a generic automated "your feedback means so much to us..." message it was sincere. I never had a company do that. The CFO explained that she was the person in charge of communication and was out on sick leave. Okay i'm understanding. So we talked and smoothed everything over which kuddos to them cause once I feel that I'm being ignored then I never do business with them. But gasser took it above and beyond to show me they do care. The exhaust I got for my Bonnie are amazing. The quality and sound are great! If you want quality parts but dont wanna spend a ton of money on a brand named exhaust like I did I would but from gasser. Gasser Customs is a great place and I'm still buying their products from there.”
