So before you want to run your mouth make sure you know the tenant and who you are mouthing about. Since the new manager Will came everything has very slowly gotten back on track. Granted it’s not fast enough but it’s happening. This is an older building and has its aging flaws. Every building does. The apartments are small but for convenience and location it can be of value.”
