“Three hours trip and twenty dollars in driving for nothing. The CD I received has no images and I paid $10 for it. Please do yourself a favor and search for another company, even if you have to wait a couple of extra weeks for the service. UPDATE: They called me the next day apologizing and sent two CDs for my clinic within hours (one for me and one for my doctor) on top of a check with a refund. That was very caring and kind of them. Unfortuntely, their system does not work for me as I like to be able to see the images online but I truly appreciate their response to my complaint.”

“Dr. In has been our family doctor for more than 28 years, he has been my primary doctor and pediatrician to all my 3 children. Now, he’s primary doctor to my 2 older children and remains my youngest child’s pediatrician. He also is primary doctor to many of my family members, including treating my parents at times and friends I’ve referred to him over the years. Dr. In has been an amazing doctor throughout the years, has always been accessible and reliable to the needs of my family. He’s very flexible and consistent in care. He cares about his patients, and establishes a relationship with his patients. It’s never a 5 minute appointment, he sits down and ask questions and actually listens to his patients. He follows up with patient care. He’s not dismissive of any symptoms or concerns. Takes his job serious, yet has a positive sense of humor. He makes his patients feel comfortable. His staff members have changed several times over the years, nonetheless all have been positive and helpful. He maintains a good office team. I would recommend Dr. In to any person. He’s the best!”

“Have you ever had to move 75 y/o parent(s)? It is extremely stressful to pack 50+ years and move it all. After reaching out to about a dozen moving companies, comparing prices and reviewing lots of online reviews and feedback, we decided to hire SOS Moving to handle my in-laws move. SOS wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive of the various companies out there, but their clear cost approach, and excellent number of reviews really sold it to us. Sam and his crew of 3 were amazing and were able to seamlessly handle the move in about 7 hrs (3 bedroom single story house, no garage items to move), without any problems or issues, making an otherwise pretty hectic and intense situation very comfortable knowing these guys are pros. They were able to disassemble various items and put them back together. My recommendation to anybody moving is to make sure that you have labeled everything where you want things to go, especially if they pack some items for you. Additional advice, there were 2 large items that didn’t fit in the truck. I would have liked to prioritize what could potentially stayed behind. Keep that in mind if the truck is filling up. This advice is not to take away from their services. These are real pros: kind, never complaining, careful, helpful to the exhausted end. Pricing just as specified no hidden fees. Thank you for helping move my borderline hoarding mother in law. Thanks Sam and crew!!!!”
