Great selection of baked goods too. Flavors are unique and the menu is really well designed. The ambiance is great. I recommend the veggie quesadilla (it's amongst one of the popular items). Will return for more 🙃

(November 4, 2022, 8:12 pm)Really delicious veggie breakfast burrito. Eggs in the burrito were cooked just right - runny but not too runny, wasn’t a mess to eat! Espresso was top notch as well. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

However, there is zero doubt that Doubting Thomas serves delicious brunch fare!
Great croissants (and an ever better Croissandwich)

(April 2, 2022, 5:25 pm)A little pricey but worth every penny. Hands down the best flat white (coffee) I’ve EVER had. Their doubtless burrito has the perfect blend of ingredients - none overpowering the other. Their pork shoulder is lean (I didn’t bite into fat), tender and perfectly seasoned. Great service and ambiance. Plus, dogs are allowed :)
