“Lived here for a year now and just wanted to take the time to highlight my experience. Maintenance is constant and on-going which means that this place stays clean and well kept year round. Occasionally, the maintenance crew will shut off the water (if only for a couple hours at a time) as preventative maintenance. I have spoken with several friends who live in neighboring apartment buildings and it is their experience that their plumbing work is never done on time and results in the water being shut off for sometimes a period of days. So the preventative maintenance is certainly appreciated. Furthermore, they hosted a taco Tuesday even t for the whole building because they felt bad about turning off the water (lmao). The people in the office here really appreciate their tenants and it shows.”
