After struggling with another agent from another location who sent me to a 2nd other location and charged me for a product that was not available, I drove instead to this location. “Always a pleasure to come to this store! Always quick, courteous and have the tires I’m looking for in stock. Lancaster location is so much slower! There can be two people in line and you’ll be standing there for 15 minutes while they explain 50 different tires to the customer in front of you without any concern for the fact that you are still standing there. There needs to be in balance between courteousness and efficiency. Lancaster manager does not understand that. I was there today and waited so long in line today and left and drove all the way to Palmdale just because I knew I wouldn’t be standing there for a long period”
